Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We always work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, many of our suppliers and shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. As a result, you may experience processing and delivery delays. 

Shipping within the U.S. and Canada typically takes 5 business days. For international orders shipping time can be up to 2 weeks. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I care for my satin-lined product?

First, keep in mind that fabric is not pre-washed and colors (especially dark colors) may release excess dye that can stain other items during wear or on first wash.

We recommend that you hand-wash your satin products in cold water (alone for the first wash, as colors may run) and hang them to dry.
